Embroidery

Direct Embroidery

Direct embroidery provides a classic & rich look. The design is sewn directly on to the product, giving it a professional & high-class look. Direct embroidery works best for designs with low to mid detail.

3D Puff

3D puff embroidery takes direct embroidery to a new level. The design is raised off the surface giving it both depth and dimension. 3D puff embroidery is most commonly seen on headwear and is best for bold designs with low to mid detail.

Applique

Applique embroidery provides a patch-like look to your logo but is embroidered directly to the product. It can be used in conjunction with direct embroidery to provide a clean and sophisticated look. Applique embroidery is best used for designs with high fill areas and small detail.

Specialty

Specialty embroidery includes wool, metallic and fire-resistant (FR) threads. Wool and metallic provide an eyecatching look to compliment the design. FR provides the functionality needed for designs exposed fire. Specialty embroidery is best used for designs with low to mid detail.

Patches

Patches are an item that can be applied to headwear and various other apparel items, such as a jacket, polo, etc. They give a unique look and style to the item by creating an off-the-surface effect. Patches can be purchased as stand-alone to be sewn on or heat applied by the end user, or applied to the products by Hilltop Print Co.

Sublimated

Sublimated patches are a new twist to a classic decoration method. They provide photo-realistic detail with endless color options. Sublimated patches work best for reproducing multi-color, complex logos with small detail.

Genuine Leather

Leather patches are made of genuine leather that is custom dyed & laser engraved. They provide a natural, rugged look that add a high-quality touch to any product. Leather patches work best for complex designs with small detail.

Water-Based Printing

At Hilltop Print Company, we offer a method called Direct-To-Garment (DTG) printing. DTG printers use eco-friendly, water-based inks that provide an extremely soft feel with little to no texture on the fabric. We are able to print from a single color to photo-realistic prints seamlessly. We have the unique ability to provide you with no minimum quantity requirement, so whether you need one product or several hundred, we have you covered.

Sublimation Printing

Sublimation is the process in which your design is dyed into your product. Because the product is dyed, there is no feel or texture to the print. The sublimation process allows for beautiful single to full color prints. Sublimation can be used to print on a wide variety of product styles, such as: apparel, bags, mugs, mousepads, etc. Sublimation printing is ideal for light-colored, 100% polyester products where a soft, no-feel design is desired.
